香港食蠔法則: 冬天食法國蠔，夏天食澳洲蠔。

 

愛爾蘭石蠔位處歐洲，當造期由9月到翌年4月。

 

愛爾蘭在法國鄰近國家，所以外貌同味道上都似法國蠔。

 

外型: 形狀比較扁，蠔身較長，蠔肉屬於中等飽滿。

 

味道: 海水味重，蠔味鮮甜質地，肉質爽口，絕對適合生蠔初哥品嚐。

 

價格是以每12隻計，最少要買1打
