Delivery method
  • No delivery charge for self collection at our store.
  • Minimum purchase amount above HK$800, waive HK$70 delivery charge within urban area excluding off-shore island and remote areas.
  • Remote areas will be charged an extra fee.
  • No off-shore island delivery. 
  • Free delivery destination is single point only and for 1st time delivery per transaction.
  • Due to security and hygiene reasons, we deliver the order at building lobby or on street, please make sure your mobile is reachable on delivery day.
  • Make sure to check out the order items upon delivery, please contact us immediately if any problems.

Free delivery service arrangement
  • Minimum purchase amount above HK$800, waive HK$70 delivery charge within urban area and excluding off-shore island and remote areas.
  • No off-shore island delivery.
  • Free delivery destination is single point only for 1st time delivery and per transaction.
  • Extra delivery charge is HK$130 for remote areas such as Ma Wan / Discovery Bay / Tung Chung / Airport / Tuen Mun / Yuen Long / Tin Shui Wai / Fanling / Sheung Shui. Please contact our customer service for greater details.

Non-free delivery service arrangement
  • Minimum purchase amount above HK$200, otherwise HK$100 surcharge to be applied
  • Minimum purchase amount above HK$800, otherwise HK$70 delivery charge to be charged within urban area and excluding off-shore island and remote areas.
  • No off-shore island delivery 
  • Free delivery destination is single point only for 1st delivery time and per transaction.
  • Extra delivery charge is HK$130 for remote areas such as Ma Wan / Discovery Bay / Tung Chung / Airport / Tuen Mun / Yuen Long / Tin Shui Wai / Fanling / Sheung Shui. Please contact our customer service for greater details.

Re-delivery or re-schedule arrangement
  • Please make sure your phone is reachable on delivery day, we reserve the right not to delivery again.
  • If re-delivery or re-schedule the order, both return way and additional delivery fee will be charged to customer.

How to handle products by 3rd parties delivery company
  • If ordered product is damaged by third parties delivery company, we will assist to resolve it and not fully responsible for such claims to our company. 
  • We will try our best to deliver the products condition as good as we can.

Self collection at our shop
  • Due to limited space at our shop, please collect your order within 3 days upon order confirmation by us. 
  • Please check out your product items and conditions upon self collection,  we will not responsible for any claims or liabilities upon leaving.
  • Please refer to our latest opening hours either website or call us for greater details.

Product price & image display

  • We reserve the right to revise our pricing anytime and subject to our final decision.
  • The picture above is for reference only.  The real object should be considered as final


Bank transfer
  • If you are not reachable within 3 days, the order will be cancelled automatically. 
  • Must settle the payment 1 day before delivery and send the copy of remittance to our customer service for confirmation.
  • If we cannot receive the payment 1 day before then the order will be cancelled automatically.
  • Once payment is made, please allow 1-3days for our confirmation. Your order status will be changed from " In Process to "Order Confirmed" by email or check your membership account.
  • Any transaction fee is incurred by bank transaction will be responsible by customer.

Typhoon or black rainstorm signal is hoisted Arrangement

  • If typhoon, black rainstorm or worse weather is hoisted, our delivery service will be suspended until further notice.


Live seafood (Fish, Shrimp, Crab and Shell Fish, etc.)

  • Best before use date within same day delivery. What if not receive your report within same day then we won't accept for any claims or liabilities.


Live shell fish and fresh Products

  • Best before use date within 2 days and must be kept in storage within 4°C -5 °C. What if not receive your report within 2 day then we won't accept for any claims or liabilities.
  • If found shell fish opening the shell, you can tap the shell fish or you can put them into ice water for several minutes, it will shut as usual.


Frozen products

  • Best before use date within 30 days and must be kept in storage °C belowWhat if not receive your report within 7 day then we won't accept for any claims or liabilities.

  

Remarks: If found the products are not well treated to cause any product damages then we won't accept any claims or liabilities.

 

Return goods arrangement

  • If found any product issues, please follow below steps:
  1. Call us immediately at telephone: (852) 2911-4989
  2. Must take photo and provide us as evidences.
  3. Must return whole package which is as same we delivered and make sure the product in good condition as said above treatment. 
  4. You can choose to visit our shop for product disposition.

Not acceptable for Product Returns

  • No complete packaging, removed or damaged branding or not original packaging as delivered (must be same packaging and conditions as delivered)
  • Personal self interest or chosen wrong products when purchasing. 
  • Alternated product, cooked or served
  • Product has been identified for not refundable, promotional items or returning. 
  • If returned product conditions have been found not as delivered, we reserve the right not to refund and take any liabilities at all.  
  • We "Worldwide Seafood Limited" reserve the right to update our terms and conditions anytime without prior notice.
  • If case of disputes, we reserve the right to make final decision for any.
