  • Providing high-quality, sustainably sourced seafood to high-end hotels, casino resorts, private clubs, air catering, cruise ship catering, and chain restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau.

Waste Management & Circular Economy

  • Minimizing plastic waste by adopting biodegradable, compostable, and reusable packaging solutions.
  • Recycling and repurposing transport containers to reduce material waste and enhance sustainability.
  • Repurposing seafood by-products to optimize resource efficiency and minimize environmental impact.

Energy Efficiency & Carbon Reduction

  • Implementing smart sensor systems across facilities to enhance energy efficiency and reduce overall consumption.
  • Upgrading refrigeration and cooling systems in warehouses and seafood water tanks for optimized energy use.
  • Transitioning to renewable energy sources, to lower carbon emissions.
