La Perle Noire also known as "Black Pearl", it is produced on the coast of Brittany in southwestern France, and the production is low.

 

This kind of oyster has a long shell, uneven surface, full and smooth oyster meat, and rich frankincense in the salty sea water.

 

It is a rich variety, but the taste is lighter than white pearls and sweeter than white pearls.

 

Price is based per dozen.  Minimum order quantity is 12 pieces
