Purchasing Flow

1. Place order by online or phone call

2. Your order will be confirmed within 1-2 days by our customer service
3. Customer settle the payment

4. Once payment is confirmed and order will be delivered on mutually agreed delivery day

5 If found any product issues, please call us immediately (same day) at telephone: (852) 2911-4989

Remarks:

- If you are not reachable within 3 days, the order will be cancelled automatically
- Must settle the payment 1 day before delivery, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically

- If customer cancel the order (including partial products) and the online payment is made by credit card, our company reserves the right to deduct 3.16% of the total payment amount as a bank transaction fee before refunding the amount.
