The lobster tail comes from the deep-sea lobster, grown in the cold and pure unpolluted seawater in Canada. It is processed by the freezing technique to retain the natural gravy and the original strong taste.

 

It turns red when cooked, the lobster meat is crystal clear, flesh and tender.

 

There are various cooking methods, such as lobster soup, baked lobster or steamed lobster tail.
