龍蝦尾來自加拿大的冰冷純淨的原生態水域中生長的深海龍蝦，經急凍技術處理，以保留天然肉汁及原來的結實口感，鮮美爽口。


經煮熟後則變紅，龍蝦肉晶瑩剔透，其肉厚而嫩滑，肉身彈牙紮實。


烹飪方法多樣，可以做龍蝦湯、焗龍蝦或清蒸龍蝦尾等料理美食，都美味非常。
